Does relationship intelligence compete with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or layer on top of it?

Relationship intelligence often complements LinkedIn Sales Navigator, although capabilities can overlap. Sales Navigator supports prospect research and shared network visibility, including TeamLink on eligible plans. An additional provider may contribute different relationship evidence or execution support. Decide from your actual workflow rather than assuming either product replaces the other's full role.

Start with current capabilities

Sales Navigator provides people and account research alongside LinkedIn network features. TeamLink can reveal participating teammates' connections; it is inaccurate to describe the product as seeing only the logged-in user's network.

Identify the incremental need

You may need authorised interaction evidence, connector confirmation or research across other professional relationships. You may also need help coordinating approvals, editable introduction notes and reminders.

Those are separate questions from identifying a lead's title or seeing a LinkedIn connection.

Test whether the combination is worthwhile

Run the same account list through your current process and an additional provider. Record useful new paths, confirmed relationships, delivered introductions and time spent. Verify current integrations directly; overlapping data does not imply the products automatically connect.

Orbb's relevant role is researching and activating networks through relationship-led workflows. Keep Sales Navigator where it remains useful for prospecting and LinkedIn research.

If your team already finds and completes introductions effectively, another product may add little. If paths are visible but unused, execution support may matter more than more connection data.
